5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in individual project agreements:

• Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Deposits are generally non-refundable

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that:

• Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care
• Work will conform to specifications agreed upon
• We have the right to provide the services

However, we do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Services are provided "as is" except as specifically warranted in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the fees paid for those specific services. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice
• Immediately for material breach
• Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent

Upon termination, you remain obligated to pay for services rendered.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Evolvix harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which services are primarily performed, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
